Shipping and Delivery | |
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Your order will be dispatched with Australia Post or a reputable courier service as soon as possible. Our
delivery system keeps track of your purchase during delivery. You will receive
a tracking number by email once the items have been dispatched text updates if you have provided a mobile number. Your items will
normally arrive 2-7 working days after you receive an email confirming
dispatch. Some regional areas can take up to 10 days. In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Delivery
is within Australia to residentially and business addresses. If delivery is to a
business or business address, please supply the name of the business in the
shipping field of your order to assist with delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Delays
in postage are out of Avalina Leather’s control, but we will endeavour to
resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible. Avalina Leather will not be
held responsible for missing items should you elect for your order to be left
at the delivery address without obtaining a signature. If an incorrect delivery
address has been supplied, the customer will be responsible for any additional
